China National Heavy Duty Truck Jinan Special Automobile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNHTC, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sales of various special vehicles. It serves as the production base for modified vehicles of the Sinotruk in Jinan.

The company's predecessor, 'Jinan Garden Machinery Factory,' was the earliest and largest professional manufacturer of sprinkling trucks in China. Currently, the company has two factory locations in the north and south, covering a total area of 690 mu (1 mu ≈ 0.06667 ha.) with a registered capital of RMB 200 million.

The company has the leading special vehicle production equipment in China and has independently designed advanced production lines for special vehicles at home. At present, it has an annual production capacity of more than 30,000 various types of special vehicles. Products are categorized into five major types: environmental sanitation, refrigeration and thermal insulation, hazardous chemicals, construction and caravan . They include more than ten series and over 200 types of special vehicles such as sprinkling trucks, anti-dust trucks, sewage (fecal) vacuum trucks, sweeper trucks, pavement maintenance trucks, compartment detachable compression garbage trucks, refrigerated thermal insulation trucks, refueling  (transportation) trucks, aluminum alloy tankers, urban muck trucks, and dumper trucks.
