The SITRAK series chassis of Sinotruk is selected, the original version of which introduces MAN technology in Germany. The truck is equipped with an MC series China VI MAN 310 horsepower engine; therefore it has the advantages of high fuel economy efficiency and high reliability. Equipped with HW19710 10-gear transmission + HW70 flange power takeoff, the truck can accommodate to various complex road conditions, with large output torque during operation at low speed, and long sprinkling and flushing range.

The raw material of the tank is high-quality national standard steel produced by large domestic iron and steel enterprises, with 4/Q235-B for tank and 5/Q235-B for head. The steel plate is sandblasted by a shot blasting machine to remove scale and rust, and the primer is sprayed after eliminating steel stress. After the tank is welded and formed, local rust removal is carried out inside it, and solvent-free epoxy coating is applied, for good corrosion resistance and aging resistance. A special self-priming two-stage centrifugal sprinkler pump is selected with high pressure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and high efficiency.

The tank is made of the longitudinal joint plate by a jointing machine, and is processed with single-side welding, double-side forming, and integrally rolling and forming by a numerical control plate bending machine. The tank is firm, stable in structure and good in tightness. The front spraying and rear sprinkling functions can be realized in the cab. The existing air pressure source of the truck is used to operate the ball valve through the solenoid valve to realize the opening and closing operation of the valve.
