To further enhance retirees’ sense of honor, belonging, and well-being, and to inspire all employees to remain dedicated and carry forward the spirit of hard work, Sinotruk held a ceremonial retirement event for employees on December 8. Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinotruk Group, together with members of the Party Committee leadership team, attended the event and presented commemorative medals to retiring employees.

They devoted their youth, wisdom, and expertise to the Group’s growth and to the rise of China’s national automotive industry, forming the most valuable spiritual force supporting Sinotruk’s enduring development and its steady march toward becoming a world-class enterprise.
At the event, representatives of retiring employees delivered heartfelt remarks, expressing gratitude for the Group’s cultivation and support while sharing earnest messages with younger colleagues. From their early working years to silver hair, they remained steadfast in their roles for decades—standing shoulder to shoulder with the enterprise through challenges and progress alike. Their sincere stories not only reflected the professional pride of long-term dedication, but also served as vivid portrayals of generations of Sinotruk employees who love their work, shoulder responsibilities, and honor their commitments with unwavering loyalty.
During the ceremony, the Decision on Establishing the Sinotruk Group Ceremonial Retirement Care System was officially announced, further strengthening a full-lifecycle employee service framework from onboarding through retirement. This initiative aims to build a more distinctive, caring, and cohesive “Happy Sinotruk.” Looking ahead to the new stage of development under China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, all Sinotruk employees will remain firmly committed to the mission of “Tech Empowered Future Equipped,” carrying forward past achievements with renewed determination and vigor. Together, they will strive to ensure Sinotruk’s long-term prosperity, reach new heights, and contribute to an even more brilliant chapter in China’s journey toward national strength and rejuvenation.
